Nobody was at the counter when I picked up my food. I ordered a BMT and got a BMT will bacon, tomatoes and a tiny bit of lettuce. The flatbread was so hard I could barely bite it. On top of that they don't answer their phone. I was on my lunch hour. Not worth the money.

I did an online order for convenience but both my sandwiches were incorrect ?. One had the wrong bread (no biggie) but the other sandwich had no veggies or cheese on it at all. I think it got wrapped up before it got to that station. I called the store to tell them about the mistake but nobody answered. The downside of online ordering i guess. I might think twice before doing it again.

This is where I've bought beds,this is where friends of mine have bought furniture as well!! I've had kind courtesy employees more than willing to help get you what you want!! Thnks,I'll be back.might be a while tho,it's quality stuff!!Kid-friendliness: All smiles on people's faces that worked there sets the tone for everything else to fall into place!!! Ended up with a sectional. It still chills in the living room 5 yrs. Later!!

The staff are always welcoming and willing to take the time to make my food exactly the way that I want it, even when it comes to something is strange as double toasting my sandwich. My only complaint is that Subway has done away with their brown mustard. But this remains one of my favorite sandwich shops in the area.

They were very busy last night. The gentleman with the pony tail, who is always very kind, friendly , calm and collected, politely asked the heavy set gentleman to help him make the sandwiches (they had a huge order of around 10 sandwiches and several customers behind that order) when the heavy set man was just watching, The heavy set guy had a full on tantrum, went into the kitchen. This made it take even longer for the sandwiches to be made. You could hear him either hitting or throwing pots. The woman working in the back peaked out after you could hear him complaining to her, she had to come out and make sandwiches. Ridiculous for someone who is an adult. The pony tail guy was very polite and was simply asking the heavy set guy to help him make sandwiches. I suggest drug testing employees for the owner. They have the stupidest system when one person starts making a sandwich and then they slide it over to another employee who wasted time watching the sandwich being made in part. Then the first employee has to take time to explain what the customer wanted. It is bizarre. My only complaint outside of this is they don't put the fixings/meat on the ends, so you have 2-4 bites of bread only on each end.

This is sadly the best Subway in the Coos Bay area, which honestly isn't saying much. They are consistently out of things ranging from specific types of bread to toppings. There are a couple people who work there who are really nice and good at their job, but most of the employees are really bad at every aspect of this job. The hours listed both on the door as well as online are NEVER accurate. I stopped by yesterday at 8:34pm, and even though there was a paper taped to the door that said they were open until 9:30, the employee turned me away saying they close at 8:30. At a previous date I had seen that online the hours were listed as open until 10pm and I drove by at 9 and they were already closed. Honestly just one of the worst businesses in the area.
