I love Subway. the food is great and although the prices are getting kind of high you at least get a pretty good amount for your money. the employees are always wonderful and willing to go the extra mile. another thing I'd like to point out is there are three subways in our area and I regularly go to all three. I've never had a bad experience. clearly Subway knows how to hire excellent employees.

Dude at the counter, I think his name is Johnny, was very rude. He wouldn't even look at us. He was obviously very upset about being at work.

The customer service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE! We got $11 overcharged & when we asked for a refund, the manager said NO. In fact, he told us to "Go somewhere else!" We sent corporate an email explaining the situation & instead of some form of reimbursement, my husband received a very untruthful, RUDE email from the manager he spoke to AT THIS LOCATION. I will NEVER eat at another stinky Subway ever again! I give them NO stars, btw.

Wow. I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to visit this Subway. I called ahead and placed an order for 9 sandwiches at 9am to be picked up at 5:45. I arrived at 5:30, which was admittedly early, so I planned on waiting, and not worried. When I arrived, a gentleman I will refer to as "Skinny Beard" (SB) asked me "Are you the 9 sandwich order?" I answered enthusiastically "Why, yes!" To which he said "You can't order more than 6 sandwiches. Next time I will cancel your order." ---WHAT?!?! He continued to glare at me and tell everyone ahead of me that I was the reason they had to wait. I actually let one couple order ahead of my order(by now it is 6pm and they hadn't even started on my order, btw). I actually enjoyed talking to them and decided to buy their sandwiches. Then SB continued to glare while his employee nervously made our sandwiches. The phone rang with orders and SB told the people on the other line that they were no longer taking phone orders at this time. --WHAT?!?Fun fact: my sandwich was all wrong. I was watching SB make it, because I just had a feeling...I ordered a new featured sandwich: the Bella Mozza: it is supposed to feature fresh sliced mozzarella and spinach only with Italian meats. As SB was making the sandwich, I heard the friendly young sandwich artist ask SB "isn't that supposed to have sliced mozzarella?" Skinny beard looked at the sand which, which now had shredded mozzarella (WRONG) and shredded lettuce (WRONG) and he told the young apprentice "It doesn't matter, the main thing they don't want is lettuce, so watch how I fix this..." SB proceeded to take his hand and run it down the length of the sand which to remove the shredded lettuce, which he put right back into the lettuce tub on the sand which station, letting the young apprentice know that this store wastes nothing.().When it was finally time to pick up the order at 6:20. I apologized to SB, saying "I now understand that you weren't planning on making 9 sandwiches this evening, but I sure appreciate it!" (I really said it in a friendly way and smiled) the cheerful employee smiled and shrugged and said "we make sandwiches all day!" SB glared and literally shoved the bag at me.When I finally ate my sandwich with shredded cheese that fell out and spilled on my lap, I remembered the beloved Skinny Beard and his complete lack of excellence. An experience I will not soon forget.
