(1st visit here &) Unfortunately didn't get names but both ladies, were nice & friendly, & did a great job both with drinks (& bday drink) & with their great customer service service - P.R. (& good whipping cream)
The actual coffee is good, I just don't like the mocha powder that they use. I wish it was a syrup or something that tastes better. The people are always super friendly though! I would definitely recommend, if you don't get a

I stopped by in the middle of a crazy busy day and I wish I knew the name of the barista. She turned my whole day around with a simple gesture of a sweet note on my cup after I expressed my rough morning.
