We love the Pie Guy! We heard of his pies from a friend in North Plains and love to come visit when we are able. Back in September, we reached out to see if Bart could help make pies for our wedding, and we were so thrilled with the results! Our guests loved the pies and we were so happy to enjoy these yummy treats in lieu of cake! He was easy to work with and everything came out on time and delicious.

OMG!!! Wow! First time buyer and i am so happy! I was craving some pie and googled pie. The Pie Guy came up. I was nervous thinking it wouldbbe too small BUT ITS NOT. I bought 2 pies Amazing Price. Got to the lovely place where i picked it up and it was soo cute outside. Got my pies and my first thought was " Wow these are heavy!" Minutes later got home and dug into it. Now im a Fluffy girl aka foodie. And my taste buds were in Heaven!!!❤️❤️❤️. I loved it so much i could tell it was made with love. Im sold and will be buying more. Thank you for sharing your deliciousness. So good!!

First time going a Google review! We dropped by to try something from the fridge and picked out a small Marion berry and small cherry to take home and share. The Marion berry was so fantastic, I contacted him to ask if we could special order a large Marion berry to pick up. He was prompt in responding, and had it ready on the day we agreed - no better pie place in Portland!! Absolutely homemade and unbelievable good. Marion berry and brumbleberry are our favs so far!

June 2023: First visit to The Pie Guy and will not be my last. The Brumble Berry, the Apple, and the Peach pies were delicious. The crust is delectably thin, sweet, and crispy. The filling is mouth watering and juicy; each fruit/berry can be tasted.

I don’t think you can get a better pie! I’ve been a long term Pie Guy fan. The family is always so kind!The pie crust is always perfect, and they don’t cheap you out in filling!!!! Sometimes you get a pie and there isn’t enough filling… that is NEVER the case with The Pie Guy!! I normally pickup their pies at the farmers market or at their pop-up stand they have occasionally, but I got a pregnancy craving late last night and sent in a custom order for a large coconut and a large banana cream pie. They messaged me in the morning saying they were ready for pickup! So quick!I think the price is so reasonable for what you get, you’re supporting a local business, and let’s not forget the important part… the taste is amazing! I can’t rave about them enough!! Even my fiancé who hates pie has admitted to liking their pies!I will most definitely be ordering pies for my wedding and baby shower!! I will support them as often as I can. Thank you again, Bart and his amazing family!!

It's the busy season a few days before Christmas and The Pie Guy is harried with all the orders to fill. I called yesterday and got a voice message but my call was returned today as I was driving up to Hillsboro from near Amity. He said he couldn't have a Chocolate,Coconut and Pecan ready until later that evening. As we were dining at Giovanni's for Lunch in Beaverton I thought what specific time did he mean? so I called back and they said around 5:00 PM so I went ahead with my order and we repaired back to my sisters house in Hillsboro with a few cookies from The Desert Tray to enjoy with coffee. We drove to the Pie Guy just before 5:00 PM and waited freezing on the porch for about ten minutes while a fresh Pecan Pie was pulled out of the oven. My sister was lucky to secure three small pies and we parted. The drive back home with the aroma of warm Pecan Pie infused the cars interior much to our delight. After a small dinner i cut a piece of the Coconut Pie and tried it. The toasted Coconut on top was a nice touch and the filling was good. The only suggestion I would make would to be to add some flaked Coconut to the filling to add a little more taste and texture. Second trip here but definitely not our last. P.S. No warm place to wait in inclement weather save your own autombiles and with Covid and Flu etc. I can see why.
