Came in today expecting the normal under the weather experience that our family gets from this location, but this time was a little different. The young men working the counter were so polite, kind, had smiles on their face the whole time. We asked their names and I believe they were johnny and kj. Our food/ice cream was fast, and tasted even better than usual. These two boys definitely changed our thought of this place over the last couple years

One of the rudest managers or she could have been the owner! Very disrespectful to my husband and I when we went through the drive through. We had asked if we could please get our ice cream with a bigger cup, before we went up to the window. The lady who took our order said totally fine. When we received our ice cream from the lady out of uniform she said with the smuggest nastiest attitude. We aren’t doing that for you. We don’t do that. So my husband asked why didn’t the lady who took order tell us no then? And she continued with her attitude. She was totally unprofessional. And as a person who has worked as a manager in the food industry for a very long time. I was beyond unimpressed. Will not be returning to this location.

Went for free cone day. Went inside to order, was told they were out, cars at drive through were ordering them and getting them. Will definitely not come back. Your teenagers working front counter were not "thrilled" to be there.

Good flamethrower and ice cream. How about not charging for fry sauce? When I worked here, it was in the dining area, all you can eat. Don't be too cheap. The prices more than make enough to throw in the fry sauce.

The blizzards were perfect! The wait was a little excessive, and the rest of the food was okay. The fries were old, and the pretzels were pretty lackluster. It wasn't worth what we spent on the food. I would recommend the blizzards if you aren't in a hurry, though.

I recently visited this place, and unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. As soon as we walked in, the girl with curly hair just stared at us and didn't even welcome us or say a word. It made me feel uncomfortable. Even as we were ordering, she continued to stare at us up and down without even a hint of a smile. The other staff members were the same way and we didn't feel welcomed at all. In comparison, other fast food places are so nice and acknowledge us, but the staff here seemed rude. It's a shame because the food was decent, but the unfriendly staff really detracted from the experience.
Card was declined attendant at window was getting increasingly rude and snarky as I asked her a couple questions. She then said I will send you back through. Told her she was being rude, then she proceeded to cancel half my order and slam the window shut after I paid her with a card that works yelled at me saying I was rude and I can leave. Order even was ready at the window all because I was trying to figure out if they took Amex or not due to the amount of Amex cards I have. Reaction on her end was way over reactive considering she gave me half my order and had the other half ready. It's just downright childish. This has been reported to corporate.

Ask for no vegetables on this back double cheese burger. Got home and it had lettuce, pickles, did they not know how to read. Order reg hamburger and a cheese burger. Didn’t ask for plain but that’s what they where plan.. guess cook needs go back to school to read. The bacon double cheeseburger is now file 13. When a person is ODC and ask for food without vegetables maybe should make sure it’s the right hamburger. Was just in there not even an hour ago

I suppose my biggest problem was that my girlfriend is dieting with Weight Watchers, and she found a Fudgeicle online that she could have and not get too many points. We agreed to meet my son, his family, along with his wife's parents and her sister and her family at Dairy Queen because she had found something she could have and not feel left out. Well, everyone else gets there before us and orders, then we walk in and go to place our order, but we don't see said Fudgeicle on the menu. We ask the young lady behind the counter about the bar, but she doesn't know what we are looking for. She was nice enough but she seemed somewhat confused and she seemed like she might have been a newer employee and that can't be helped because everyone is new at some point and I certainly don't hold it against her. I had already placed my order, and my partner obviously decided against anything else on the menu, so she ended up having nothing while everyone else was enjoying their meals/desserts and felt out of place. So basically, if you are watching your calories, then this is not the place for you as they (at least this location in Ontario) have absolutely nothing to offer those who watch what they eat.Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, then this is not the place for you as this location at least has nothing to offer those who are watching their weight and, most likely, all kinds of other restrictions.
