They charged for every little extra that should have come with the meal.The wait staff should have informed us of the additional charges..

One of our favorite places to dine! The food is great, they have the best shrimp — very juicy and fresh flavor. Service is outstanding. It's always a pleasant experience and we have always left feeling very full and satisfied. My husband likes their burritos, I prefer their erradero plate, and my kids always go for the quesadilla or tamal.

Ordered takeout: i ordered the expresso burrito(chicken) it was delicious! Tender, flavorful chicken; beans and rice were delicious; everything looked fresh and was packaged to prevent condensation from getting on the food on the way home ?Really a delicious meal and service was fast. Definitely gonna return.

My dad had been wanting to out to dinner at El Erredero for a while now and this Sunday since it was his birthday we decided to take him there. (Party of 8 ) Unfortunately, we will not be going back. The food was okay. The service was not so great. When it came down to ordering the male waitress made some rude comments. My 10 year old autistic son ordered a cheeseburger & a Mexican pizza. This man proceeded to say “that’s a lot of food” immediately my son felt bad & said “but its okay right mom “ so i responded, “yes it’s fine we’re paying for everything we order anyway”. I want to mention that my son just now started to order his own food and those with autistic kids will understand why I was so upset about this experience. I wanted to give this man the benefit for the doubt thinking, “maybe he meant the portions are big” but then my brother ordered two different things as well and this man again raises his brows & says the same thing “that’s a lot of food”. As if it mattered to him. Our total was $193 and we only left a $20 tip. Although it was not quite the 15% it seemed reasonable due to that man’s attitude..

The first few of times I went there, the service and food were both good. But three of us went there for a birthday dinner on 10/08/2023, and the man serving us was very, very short and rude to us. Cut off what we were trying to say. Wouldn't explain a charge on the bill. I do not recommend eating at this facility at all.

A friend of mine and myself went here for dinner. I had chicken chimichanga, and my friend had enchiladas. Service was good, so was the food. One thing I didn't care for was. My sour cream was put on top of old brown looking lettuce. Needs to be put on the side of the plate or in a monkey dish. Just saying.
