I really like the place when I walk in with my brother to go eat but they never answer the phone when I try to do call in orders and they have given us free food before so they are really kind but slow still.

I’ve been coming here for two years since I moved to Oregon. The service here differs on the time of day. I obviously know it’s going to be busier at night when the dinner starts and that’s usually when I go. I can’t complain too much about the service being slow at that time. The food is always fresh, however. I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees here. They have all been super nice and kind to me and my children. I take my daughter here when she gets good grades, and I get her a milkshake, the milkshake machine has never been down. I always ask the employees for extra cherries because my daughter loves them and never gets them, and they always give them to her. Sometimes they add two extras. Sometimes they add four. Aside from them being super generous with the cherries. They’re always super nice to talk to you. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They all have been professional, and super friendly. None of them have ever had an attitude with me or my family which has been super nice. I don’t think I have a bad thing to say about this location. It’s easy, the employees we nice, place is clean and they give the light of my life extra cherries. What more could I ask for?

Poor service ..one order was wrong, ordered a ultimmate buger got a regular one and basicly a half empty fry plus ordered Tacos no sauce and got hot sauce on both. No receipt....

Went to this location at 4:30am and we were refused service and they said they were "down for maintenance" and there were half a dozen cars in the parking lot.They referred us to our local gas stations instead.

They almost got one star because I ordered 12 tacos and they gave me 6 so I called in and they took my name down a d said I could come in anytime the next day and pick up my order. I went the next day and let me tell you they made it right!!!! They gave me a full order of 12 tacos and they were very polite about it. Highly recommend this jack in the box!!

So I was really hungry in the middle of the night and decided to walk to jack in the box at 2 am didn't realize lobby was closed had to order online either way food was good just didn't like the wait time was out in the cold 35 mins.
Everything about this place is a 1 star. The attitude completely sucks. Absolutely worst crew I've ever encountered.

Haven't stopped at a Jack in 6 months. Ordered a couple of burgers and a drink. Absolutely no taste. Then the soda, no taste. They have the machine for maximum profit. 3 different flavors and almost tasted the Coke.The manager was fun to watch. Most important person around, at least in his mind.I really wish the corporate people would bring back the original Ultimate Cheeseburger with the onion sauce instead of mustard and ketchup.
