I ordered a deep dish pizza with extra sauce. The first one I received had raw dough. It was returned for a replacement. The second pizza had little sauce and was burned. I called your store again. The manager Mari became argumentative right away. She refused to make my order right. I wound up going to your competitor Pizza Hut across the street where my order was correct the first time without issue. Mari should be fired and your employees retrained. Arguing with customers over incorrect orders is not right. Very unhappy with this restaurant, the products received and a belligerent manager.

I would give a no star if I could!!! Went and bought two pizzas last night, a supreme and extra most bestest. My son and I like the supreme and his stepmother and stepsisters eat the pepperoni. Well let’s just say the crust was hard which I throw away anyways. The sauce was DARK RED like the kind you get when it’s under a heat lamp so I decided to give it a try want that great but ate two pieces so did my son only to literally throw up from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. just like me!!! Straight food poisoning from this DUMP. The food is terrible, they are slow, they are rude, they do not belong here honestly. This place is terrible I will NEVER get anything from here again ever and the health department knows about my son and I having it coming out of us both ends for hours. They probably won’t do anything though

Im a local, and come here often so if you want an accurate review, here it is. The pizza here is normally so good, and you get it fast! Its not usually so busy but expect 1-2 customers being there ahead if you! And the wait time is at most 15 minutes if its really busy or a custom order so i recommend you call in for those custom orders! Hot, fresh, and delicious!!!

Raw crust and being given the wrong Pizza. Too many times! Will not be returning. Be warned I don't recommend this place but if you are going to buy anything from here you'd better check your pizza good before you leave and drive all the way

I got an extra most besstest for my kids. The outer crust was so dry and hard you could hardly bite into it. Called and basically got no help. Also the last couple of times I've been in there's no one on front counter and you have to wait for them to realize you are there.

I know that help is hard to find but they need to train the help they have to show some interest in what they are doing. I felt like I was talking to myself and then having to repeat myself as the kid was not paying attention. The food was ok but even with the extra most bestest they have really cut back on the pepperoni. I would hate to see how skimpy the regular one is. Not impressed, not going back.

Usually enjoy grabbing a deep dish from this place once in a while. Came in today and paid $20 for a custom order that came out half wrong. The ladies said they’d remake the other half of the pizza for me, but when I came back in to pick it up they tried to charge me again for the remake. I was confused and trying to trade them back the other pizza that they’d messed up for it, but they started arguing with me so I left. Really disappointed with my experience. Those young ladies could certainly use a lesson in customer service and basic manners.
