Matsy's was better than our first impression. The food was good and the service excellent. We were late for the dinner hour so we were the only customers. The building is older, so that may have thrown us off. Ultimately we were very happy with our experience.

Only open 5-9p, very limited menu and pricey. They have prime rib for $30 and $34 Friday and Saturday only which is what I went for but couldn't afford it. I got their finger steaks $16.95 that came with fresh baked bread, iceberg lettuce salad with just 2 choices of dressing (ranch and a sweet vinaigrette) I got vinaigrette that was Asian and quite good, choice of regular or twice baked potato, plain rice or pasta.
