Ordered sushi to go there website is horrible tried to call after AI promp finally called no answer 4 times stopped ordered online hit wrong time couldnt change showed up 25 mins early waitress said they were working on it at 350 which order was supposed to be done 345 finally got order service ro go is horrible.

I ordered to go earlier this week, my meal was $14 for a burger and fries. The disappointment was when I arrived back to work…a small piece of lettuce that was smaller than the bun, 1 slice of bacon and half a slice of cheese. I’m typically not one to complain, but this was just a sad burger. On the bright side, the fries were good.

Can’t go wrong with any of the Teriyaki bowls, huge and delicious. Only thing, we were disappointed that the waiter brought our check while we were still eating our bowls. It’s not right, what if we wanted dessert? There were at least a few open tables still. This is arguably the best restaurant in our little tri-city area.
Be careful when u get your bill!! This waiter lied and said the service fee was a card fee!! Making us pay more in tips!!

Had a wonderful day with Family. Restaurant was super busy. And yet the service didn't miss a beat. Always attentive to everyone around including ourselves. Even the other waitress tended to our tables needs. The food was amazing like always. We as a family have been going to Ogawha's for many years. And their standards have always increased with every visit. Never been disappointed. And the new restaurant has proven their standards. ? Definitely will continue to recommend this place. "A gem in the treasure valley to enjoy"

It was ok. Food was about average except my husband's teriyaki chicken. His chicken was super dry, didn't have any teriyaki sauce on it and the pineapple wasn't grilled. We talked to the manager about it and his excuse was that they have to cut the chicken breast in half because their getting bigger portions for the chicken breast. He just seemed to shrug it off like it was no issue.I probably won't be going back

I set up a reservation for 2 people for my employer and I was going to pay for the meal aswell when finished or on the next day. This was arranged and agreed to before the date, with the owner and manager. Unfortunately when the 2 arrived for dinner they were turned away, said there was no reservation and no one seemed to know anything about the agreement.
I guess this company doesn't need business or good reviews. Well they have been granted both. I will never go there, or recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!!!They suck as a business.
