Ordered 2 pizzas last night cost 35bucks w/tip. Ordered 1 with white sauce (mine on a cracker crust). They arrived hot,( THATS WHY 2 STARS) just without ANY KIND OF SAUSE ON THEM AT ALL! DRIEST PIZZA EVER!! I TRIED CALLING & WAS PUT ON HOlD 3 TIMES TO NEVER GET TO Speak TO ANYONE! LOOKS LIkE WE WILL HAVE TO GO TO IDAHO TO GET OUR PIZZAS FROM NOW ON !

We went to dinner recently for my son to get his free Book-It Club Personal Pan Pizza. The server was wonderful and I really appreciated that. Too many places have employees that don't care. I believe the sign on the door said that they were moving to a new location soon. Just make sure to bring the sweet lady with you.

Hadn't ordered from there in quite some time, and was pleasantly surprised at the awesome deals and pricing compared to other establishments.Got what i considered a great deal, kids were happy, food was good and ready on time.Will order again.

The ontario pizza hut has gone down hill . The prices are ridiculous and the food is terrible . We ordered a beef and bacon pizza and it didn't have hardly any sauce and 3 pieces of bacon on it . The pasta we ordered was not hot and pretty dry and the breadsticks where burnt ! As we walked in the employee was making a pizza and totally ignored us not even a hi I will be right with you . We waited for a good 5 mins for someone to finally come get our order for us and she then tried to charge us 10 extra dollars for our food ! We will never go back to this pizza hut !

not a fan of the fact y’all allow dashers to pick up orders, had my order taken from the driver and they claimed it cancelled, all the while the store claims it’s on its way. waited 2 hours until I called corporate to cancel. should’ve just came in didn’t think it would be such a hassle for a 5 min drive

I tried to do my order online, but it just didn’t make me feel like it was complete.I called the store, talked to a new person named Chris, and even though he said “ I’m sorry, I’m new”, he handled my confusion with professionalism, and made me feel confident that all was well!Great Pizza…Great Employees

Had to wait for them to cook wings multiple times because of their lack of attention. Wasn't even busy so no excuses for my meal to be served to me on the verge of being cold because of your continuous mistakes. And cheese and peppers as a sorry. 2nd time this has happened hoping 3rd times the charm. 3 strikes and you're out ? Customer service was polite and friendly, so 2 stars instead of 1.

Well no more $10 taste maker 3 topping pizza. Probably 90% of peoples go to order. How can you go from a pizza costing $10 to over $20. Bye pizza hut! I cant afford you any more!Update : Well Payette Pizza hut still offers it. Forget this place. They have a drive through too.

Always great pizza! However, the service is minimal at best, they must be training new employees. Not sure why we were able to use the Parmesan shake cheese in the little jars, and Red crushed pepper, but when we wanted salt and pepper, we were given to-go packets, and not salt and pepper shakers???? What gives???
