My husband and I came out to support our friends who were playing music for the night. We had no idea what to expect and we were blown out of the water. The folks at Second and Vine were so hospitable, the food was amazing, and the entertainment was too! We are really looking forward to coming back to this hidden gem.

Really great owners. The gentleman was friendly, informative, and super accommodating. I wanted a meat/cheese plate they had advertised for 2 people, they were able to half the size for me. Great space.

Everything about this place is touched by the love of its owners, and a passion for creating something truly unique and special. Truly, some of the kindest people I have ran into South of The Mangrove Cafe in Spokane. Amazing souls, food, and exceptional wine. There hours are very limited so plan ahead and some days they don't open till 4:00.

The owners of this bistro are wonderful hosts. They have created a little Eden with great attention to detail, from the surroundings inside and out, the food, and an excellent selection of wine. The menu is deceptively small, but the owners mix and match ingredients to create dishes for their diners. Many of the ingredients are prepared right there, for example, they marinate their own olives. This was my wife and my first visit; we visit Ontario occasionally, and will definitely return to this bistro on future visits!

This is not a normal restaurant. It doesn't serve dinner during the week. They did feed us a salad and a smoked salmon appetizer which were really good but not at all what we were looking for. The owner was very friendly.

We had a holiday gathering there for dinner in December. The food and service were exceptional. We really enjoyed the atmosphere & ambiance of the home setting. We will definitely be back!

Wow.....Where do I start. This place is just an amazing dining experience. The host Terry is amazing and nothing is too much for him to make you feel pampered. The menu changes frequently but a few base dishes and tasters stay on the menu. The wine cellar is stocked with beauties. With a great selection of beers and spirits also.We had a meat and cheese platter which was so good and then we had Flatbread and homemade spaghetti...All the while Terry the host brings out tasters and other delicious fare. The apple pie here has to be tried omg !!!!!They have special quest chef nights from worldwide chefs at there peak and use only the best ingredients. We are going back soon.Don't miss out on this dining experience.

This little place was an unexpected gem. The owner was quite pleasant and very engaging. The menu seems mainly to consist of enhanced appetizer items. We ordered two bowls of the tomato bisque soup and two artisanal flatbread pizzas. Everything was delicious. The wine (Seven Falls Chardonnay for my wife, and King Estates Sauvignon Blanc/Pinot Gris for me) was very good. The place also had a quaint and cozy ambience, which we really enjoyed. We had a great time here after a very long drive from Bend to Hell's Canyon and Dam and then to Ontario.

My husband and I stopped by on a bike ride out one evening and we were so delighted with this bistro! The appetizer of brie, crackers and fruit was delicious and it came with some very fragrant and flavorful local honey. Our server was quite busy but made sure we had everything we needed and afterwards we were greeted by the owner which felt really nice! There was a variety of local Idaho and Oregon wines as well as a selection of beers. We enjoyed our evening on the patio with the water fountain and scents of lavender. I look forward to visit again for one of their specialty multi course meals. This really is an adorable gem in downtown Ontario ??
