Order a footlong, get a 6 inch and the half I got wasn't even correct.Ordered a 2nd footlong, it's also incorrect. 3 sandwiches, not one was made correctly.Staff told me "drive back into town we'll fix it" nah. I'm good. Thanks.It was an online order; it's all right there on the screen. There's no excuse for every single sandwich in an order being wrong; nor is there paying $13 for a sandwich and only getting half of it.

Perfect sandwich everytime!! Even online orders. They even wrote a 'Thank you!' note on my online delivery!! And specifically wrapped the toasted sandwiches with a layer of tinfoil to keep them warm. Above and beyond when it comes to attention to detail!! And very patient. The staff need a raise from their boss!!

First off, I never write reviews unless im raving about how good a place is. However, tonight my boyfriend and I had the WORST experience. I personally, have worked in food service so I understand bad days, bad moods resulting from those bad days but the attitude from one of the girls was the worst I have seen in a LONG time. We went in hoping to order a tuna sandwich (we are Catholic and it is Ash Wednesday so we arent eating meat, we had also apologized and explained this was the only reason we were requesting tuna and not just changing our order) and they had just ran out of tuna. We had asked how long it would take to make a new batch and we were told they weren't sure and that they would try to hurry. We responded with "not a big deal at all take your time". They continued to go to the back and completely trash on us and how "annoying" we were. After waiting just a few minutes, she starts yelling "what kind of bread???" while making our sandwich and checking us out, she was throwing things everywhere and completely ignoring any request we had made. The second we walk out, before the door even closes she starts yelling about us to her coworker and pointing at us while doing so.

This subway is the only one my family will visit and has been that way for nearly 4 years. The staff is amazing and I'm actually happy to not be judged to my face about my sauce choice, our order is always almost the same. My dad gets his turkey six inch sub, my mom now gets the all American sub six inches, and I either get a footlong sub or salad, but always the same toppings and sauces.

they need to train they people on how to make a kid meal. I had to tell them that how to make it and it can in skid meale bag. they just wa to just give the sandwich. so so sad they can do better
