Epic fail subway. I went through the drive through and ordered an Italian BMT and a few other sandwiches. When I got home they were all mislabeled no biggie but y'all forgot the meat on my BMT!

Takes twice as long to get online order than it would be to just order at the store. 30mins And then they tell you that they can't make you any sandwiches at all until your online order comes through. Mean while a line of customers walk in and out. Online orders are a waste of time if you think your saving time think again.

I visited this subway with a gift card, and fellow there ways great! Helped me to figure out how many sandwiches I could get for the amount of my gift card. Made all 5 sandwiches and I didn't know what I wanted so he had to explain each item ... he was great! There were several girls there to, but he made them, then had to put the veggies on too. The girls wondered off. When the sandwiches were finished, the one girl did help wrap them. She was polite but maybe new. Great experience!

Needs to hire better staff! Even the keyholders can't keep from acting like a jackass in the front of the store and wearing the uniform. Overweight blonde flipped me off in the parking lot for an awkward you go first driving interaction, park's and continues to go unlock the doors.

Worst subway experience in this town, and we frequently order subway. Usually online using the app. We went in store recently.It was 15 full minutes of waiting and as we got up to leave they finally called us up.It was another 13 minutes to make TWO sandwiches.Slowest service ever, for sub par sandwiches. I hate saying service sucked, but it certainly did.

I came in here without realizing it was maybe 10 minutes before closing time and got the most awkward and uncomfortable interaction that I've had in a long time, I thought it was ridiculous. Let me preface this by saying there were other customers in here not long before I was, the door was open partially, and their open sign was on. I walk in here and there's a guy and a girl behind the counter, I asked of they were closed and he looks at me surprised and kinda stares at me instead of just saying they were going to be closed soon, which again I didn't know and felt bad for not knowing, so he mumbles something to the girl behind the counter but she ignores him and I was confused, so we're just standing there and yeah it was quite uncomfortable and I thought it was stupid. So I just ordered a drink since neither of them would say anything and he was able to talk through that so I don't get it. Overall it was terrible service.

The floor looks unkempt, the service was slow and the employees looked and acted like they have no training. Mixing orders on the same heating tray and giving attitude while confirming that they made the sandwiches correctly. Soda machine leaked on my hand while filling my cup. Recommend a Manager be present while orders are made or actually train their employees. ???????
