If you're fortunate enough to see the ginger pigs, definitely get one! They're excellent for those of us that like our sweets not being overly sweet :) (Conversely my second favorite of their items is their three colored cookies. Be warned, you'd best get two or three, they have a habit of vanishing....) Do note that they're not open in the early mornings which is a dash unusual for a bakery, but they're definitely worth the wait if you're in the area!
Thank you for reviewing this place JW. I'm sure I wouldn't have found it otherwise! All the pastries are very fresh, and are a bargain at 50 cents each! The pumpkin bread (which I got on an employee's recommendation) was fantastic! Very moist and fluffy. The fluorescent pink stuffed pastry covered in sugar was good too, I think she said it was cherry, but if it was I couldn't tell. If you are in the area and have a sweet-tooth, give this place a try!

Truly a family run bakery. I received a warm welcome when I walked in and the owner helped me pick out some delicious desserts. Large selection of Mexican baked goods that are made fresh everyday. I couldn't tell you what half of them are but they all looked so good. They make their tortillas by hand every day. I will never go back to grocery store bought tortillas ever again. Their tortillas are 100 times better and cheaper. You have to try these tortillas. Life changing. Best...read full review
