Ordered my daughters cake three weeks ago, The people who are behind the counter are rude we were told to bring back the receipt once we paid for it(asked to pay for it ahead of time) an the lady behind the counter told my husband it wasnt her job to take the receipt back an that the bakery people shouldnt have left so early...went to pick it up an it wasn't EVEN READY! We asked for them to write happy bday an they didn't we asked for a princess cake an the items that were suppose to be on the cake were just handed to my husband....?!?! Isn't the cake suppose to be ready before pick up?!?
