Bland food. There were carrots in the olive salad for some reason which ruined the muffuletta. The red beans and rice lacked the meaty smoky pork flavor you expect and lacked spice. They also stick a chunk of bread in the bowl to make it look fuller. I was so disappointed in this meal.

I'm basing my review solely on the Voodoo Rolls, but they were darn good! Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside with great flavor! Dipping sauce was very tasty! I can't wait to go back and try a main dish (to go along with the rolls, which are a must-have in my book!)

My husband is from South Louisiana and has approved this as good Cajun food. He had the frog legs and I had the meat pies. They let us taste a boiled crawfish and made us wish we had ordered a boil. We’ll be back in Portland in a few days and will probably stop by here again. Good food friendly folks !!!

Went to the Trail Distillery last Friday night. Had some great whiskey and gin. Gal behind the bar stated that they had two food carts, but only one was open. Happen to be BBCB. She said the food was pretty good. She lied....It was awesome. I had the shrimp po-boy loaded and my wife had a half muffuletta. Both were so delicious. Po-boy had a generous amount of shrimp. I asked for a container so I could take half of the sandwich home, but it never made it to the container as I ate it all. The muffuletta was as good as Central Grocery store in the Big Easy, if not better. Sandwich had plenty of protein on it and the bread was authentic. Adding Crystal hot sauce to both made them the bomb. We had such a great Friday night date night that we plan on doing a repeat real soon. Distillery is really nice with one heck of a good foodcart.

I was really excited to try this new place. However, it seemed oddly familiar to the pioneer Cajun cart Matt and Memeres in portland. I am not sure what the mission is but sadly it seems sort of like a bad knock off. Super disappointed.

Not as good as Matt and Memeres but suspiciously similar... Matt and Memeres is the blueprint haha

We got to try this food cart today at the Molalla Heritage Apple Festival.Perfect po'boy, the oysters were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Tonnes of flavor and typically great po'boy bread.

I drove down from Seattle just to try this truck’s food. Amazing food and people working is all I can say. You you can feel the NOLA love from the hello when you walk up to every bite of food. Everything we had from appetizers to crab and crawfish I would have it all again. And that Cajun sauce I would buy to put on anything make sure if you are eating here you try it.

Amazing food! I had the appetizer tray with voodoo rolls/boudin balls/mini pot pies. it was delicious and the Cajun dipping sauce topped it off just right!!! I'm hooked on NOLO now and one of these days I will try the frog legs.
