If I stop by and Tyler is working, my order is always right. He is efficient, quick, and accurate with my orders. He even clarifies when I make a specific change to my order. I give it 5 stars when Tyler is working. When he is not, however, I have had similar experiences as the other low-rated reviews. Ordered rodeo burger and got a second bacon burger. Tried to call but no answer. Took forever in the drive thru to even be able to place my order. Not impressed and won't be back. Carl's Jr here we come for all charbroiled burgers. So disappointed!!! I'm over the pandemic excuse for bad customer service and the inability of making food your way. As BK is supposed to be the King of doing according to their commercials.

I've not eaten a Whopper in over 5 years, maybe 10! Everyone has their favorite places to go for a quick burger (mine is a Freddy's, but they don't have any near Portland). I ordered a Whopper, fries, Hershey pie and never had before chicken fries.The Whopper was really good (a tad too many pickles). Definitely a must get again.
