Even with the white rice, because the Cuban rice had chicken stock, it is seriously one of the best vegan dishes in Portland.The plantains are tasty and a great texture and the beans and rice are so delicious, especially with the sauce that comes with the plate The yucca fries are also unbelievable. When you go you can scan a QR code to help donate to the Mercado while also enjoying an amazing meal.11/10My GF was jealous and stole my food. “My husband and I just ate here for the first time and this was hands down the best Cuban food we've ever had. The traditional cubano is a must try, you can tell it's made with really good quality ingredients. Make sure to get a side of plantains! We had the flan for dessert and it was also incredible. We loved absolutely everything about this place, from the food to the amazing customer service. I will definitely be bringing people here in the future and will be a regular!“
