I'm hoping that I was given the wrong to-go order. My "house special pho" was missing every meat besides the brisket, which I didn't expect to be raw.Despite this, it cost me $15. I had it delivered, so I couldn't check the order before it came to me. The service is always friendly, but I was already worried that I can't afford to keep going back here after watching the prices go up so much. This mix up probably could be avoided if the restaurant took names for to-go orders.Edit: thanks to the owner for replying and explaining. I did not know that the beef was served this way. Even still, I wish that the raw meat was separated from the other cold ingredients. The menu does say that the house special pho comes with "round steak, meatballs, flank, and well-done brisket", so that is what I expected to receive. All I had in mine was raw brisket.

My husband went here to get us dinner tonight, 10/20/23. I wanted the Pho because it looked amazing and sounded so good! My husband got back and my order was a chow mein noodle dish? Granted, my husband should have checked the bag and made sure our order was right. I was like what's the harm in going back and letting them know the confusion. We grabbed the food and went back. I kindly, and I want to stress kindly, explained to the man behind the register "my husband came here a bit ago and I wanted pho but we got something else, I'm so sorry" - "we brought the food back". The man sarcastically smiled and clicked a button on the register and said "that'll be another $15.00 " my husband handed over his card to the man. The man started a conversation with the older lady making the food in their language that dragged on a bit. At this point I was uncomfortable and I felt I had gotten the old lady in trouble by this guy. So while they were talking I asked "have you run his card yet?" And they ignored me as they were deep discussion. Then he turned back to us and I asked again if the card had been run and he said no and handed the card back. I told the guy that nevermind, we will leave, it's fine. The older woman and man then BOTH started to ask me not to go more than a few times. Now stating they won't charge me, we can keep the food we have or they will take the food back and make my pho. Where was this energy when I came in and was kind with my request?? You made me too uncomfortable now, I don't want the food. The type of person I am I don't want food made by people from a negative place. Food could get undercooked, spit on, etc. I don't ever disrespect people who handle my food for this reason. The man already seemed pissed we were there requesting a remake. I was pretty sad I didn't get to try that Pho that looked so good, it was the reason we went there! I wanted it so bad

This hidden gem is the best Vietnamese around! It's a mom-and-pop type operation. The owners are fantastic cooks and go shopping for fresh ingredients daily. I dine-in a couple of times a month and have never been disappointed. Their crab rangoon is made by hand (not frozen/pre made). I love the depth of flavor in the house special noodles. Their Bahn Mi is the best I've had in Oregon (the french bread is absolutely perfect)! Last but not least, the flavors of their Pho broth are so delicate and balanced. Do yourself a favor and try them all.

Been coming here for 6 years now and it's still a fave! The crab puffs are delicious, the house special rice, and of course the pho. The ingredients are always fresh and the soup is piping hot, and the best part about the restaurant is how low key it is. It's quiet with nice music, not usually bustling and the service is attentive but not over the top visiting the table asking if everything is going well every 2 minutes. Will always come here on a cold rainy day for some pho. $15 is a great price for how big the portions are and there's usually left overs.
