Went into Little Caesars to pick up the pizza and drink that I ordered and paid for online. When I picked it up no drink. I asked for a refund and was informed that they're under new management and he won't let them leave refunds. His name is Kevin Cook. When I called him today he wanted me to drive back there to get the 20 oz diet pepsi I didn't get last night for my son. He would even give me 2 but wouldn't give me a refund. Mr. Cook has figured out a great way to run a petty theft ring. Most people aren't going to chase $2.19. I feel badly for his employees since he obviously trusts none of them. I urge anyone to not to go to this Little Caesars. You can't be sure to get everything you order and pay for.

I do DoorDash and I can tell you this crew works hard to get your orders out to you as quick as they can. They get hit with a lot of online orders between 5 and 8pm so plan accordingly. They always have a great attitude no matter what the craziness is. These guys work hard and deal with a lot but they always keep there heads screwed on straight. There smiles during tough dining periods make my day. They have a great DoorDash rating 4 + stars with over 1000 reviews. If I managed this crew at the Beaver Creek Road location I would be very happy with there day to day performance.

I’ve always loved Little Caesar’s pizza, but the staff and atmosphere at the OC little Caesar’s makes it even better! I had a great experience with the store manager, Maria tonight. Idk if you remember but if you’d tried a year ago, this store hardly even answered the phone. Maria has created a friendly and welcoming environment and is empowering a rockin group of young women who work hard. It’s clear they’re enjoying themselves and each other, working like a real team! Love it!

Pizza was not cooked all the way through not even edible so we ordered again the next night same thing different pizza we couldn't even pick up the pizza it was so raw the restaurant wouldn't answer there phone so convenient I can't stand that answer your phone at a place of business. This place is unbelievable! Ordered online and the pizza was wrong. Called but of course no one answered the phone. Drove back down there and still got the wrong crust on the replacement pizza. The manager laughed when I asked to be compensated for missing my football game. Buyer beware!!!!!! Check your pizzas. The replacement one wasn’t even cooked properly. It’s going to be a very long time before I decide to trust this company again!!!!!! I’m so exhausted by bad customer experiences using the post pandemic as an excuse.

I placed a mobile order around 4:40pm, waited until 7:15pm and never got my food. People that came in after me got their food. I had my toddler with me who was getting hangry and bored. I eventually asked for a refund because I got tired of waiting, just to find out that they had basically deleted my order from the screen accidentally. Even though I was asked multiple times what the name was on the order and I told them. You would think that two and two would click and you would see that there was no order with that name on the screen anymore and they would ask what I had ordered and they would make it. I stayed very calm because I understand that it’s a Friday and they were most likely shortstaffed and very stressed. So I did not want to add onto the stress by being a rude customer. Just extremely frustrated that I had to wait as long as I did.
