This was a rough night for Kayla and Amber because their cook was a no-show and they were the ONLY 2 working the night we were there. They were personable, upfront, and did their best to offer up as many of the menu items as they could. These 2 are STELLAR employees who deserve a massive raise as they demonstrated just how valuable they are to the success of this establishment. Kayla kept us laughing and simply took running the entire show with Amber in stride as if it were no big deal. Their commitment and fortitude and positive attitudes are rare and they made our party's dining experience pretty dang awesome.Give those 2 a raise. 5 stars for them all the way!

This is going to be a honest review..We felt sorry for waitress because she was the only one there besides a brand new cook that was his first day.The waitress was multitasking and under immense pressure. It took us about an hour to get our food..Someone needs to give the waitress a day off with pay that should include a message & a pedicure!!

Been coming here more recently. The food has been blowing my mind as of late. Maybe these things were on the menu before and I didn't try them, but the ravioli blew my mind. Then the Mediterranean steak wrap did the same thing. The service tonight has been great. I've been sitting at the bar and the chef is rockin it back there. It was pretty full when we arrived and it seemed like no sweat. Dishes coming out quick. The bartender was quick with drinks. The vibe is pretty mellow. Even when there's a lot of people in here it's not super loud. All around very chill. Good stuff all around.

Everyone has different expectations when they go out to eat and mine was a little higher. The atmosphere is nice and casual but the music is too loud and music choice was too bar-like. Waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. We both had the ribeye and thought it was horrible. Although it was cooked as asked it was just horrible cuts of meat. Super tough, lots of fat and tons of gristle. The steak knives need to be upgraded because they butcher the steak as you tried to cut them.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered their Mediterranean steak salad. I ordered the steak medium rare, and when it arrived it was still blue. I felt bad, but did mention that it was definitely not medium rare. It was still cold. They took it back and brought it back and it was still not cooked. The outer pieces were better but the middle pieces, the thicker pieces, were still blue. The dressing dressing was off, it tasted sour. I told the woman I couldn't eat any of the food and that it was terrible and for my check. I paid $32 for four bites. She did not ask if I wanted anything else nor did she reduce my bill. I hadn't been to Oregon city Grill for about five months. The cook was different. They were both glued to their phones. They've lost my business forever. I was the only person in the restaurant as well. Not sure why the steak was so hard to cook or why they didn't offer something else or even reduce my bill. I still tipped them two dollars. Terrible..

Went for dinner on Saturday night. Our reservation was 6pm for a party of 4. We didn't have to wait for a table (restaurant was not full.) We ordered drinks. It took 20 minutes. Our appetizer took over 30. We ordered dinner. The first plate came out 45 minutes later. Then one plate at a time. By the time the last plate was served, it had been well over an hour. It seemed the restaurant was understaffed. There was one waitress and one cook. That was all. I asked the waitress if this was normal staffing. She said yes. There were lots of upset customers. I felt bad for the 2 people working the entire restaurant. I worked as a bartender in a small beach front sushi bar. It got crazy busy. If we were ever short staffed, the owners of the restaurant were right next to us, making drinks, bussing tables, serving food, and even in the kitchen helping the cooks. The reason for 2 stars...the empathy I have for that poor waitress and cook.

We’ve been here twice and both times the food was delicious and we’ve had the same waitress and she was great. Super accommodating and very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and the menu has a good variety. We will definitely be back.

Everyone liked their food. I had the rib eye steak; it had a bit more fat than ideal. The service was awesome. The country music that played was a bit annoying.

Food tasted great and the service was fast! The drinks were very reasonably priced, around $8-11 per, and the food, while a little on the higher side of pricing, was tasty and worth it. I did the Chicken Schnitzel which was great with the mushroom cream sauce, but overall the mushroom truffle risotto stole the show. It was delicious! The asparagus could've been trimmed better as they had stringy ends but my husband's fondue with the steak bites and shrimp made up for it. A surprisingly light beer cheese fondue with sourdough was perfect.I did notice from several other comments they don't cook steak close to order, we wanted medium rare and got well, but luckily it was good cuts of meat and not too tough.Overall, recommend! We got a window seat and the ambiance was great, low lights with candles and light coming in from the street. We got the Mici sausages to go, not too much to say they were a little bland but with the risotto as a side, once again it made up for it.
