We had a lot of fun at this late hour. Got breakfast... then pie! And our red headed waitress (Alexandra?) was such a sweetheart with a great attention to detail, during our ordering we threw a bunch of silly unintentional curve balls at her and she really was a rock star, didnt miss a beat on our order! Sad there are no tater tots! I was sad, but it had been a while since I had been in. Hashbrowns are still amazing here, though, good compromise.Piling on to the great experiences! Courtney was amazing for our breakfast pop in! Educated me when I asked questions about the app best of her knowledge as well as things I could change about the meal I ordered. (I didn't want cheddar on my eggs and wondered if I could just not have it included) I love this location. I don't think I will ever change my opinion. The pie is always delicious ?

The manager stole my phone at the berry hill location 2 months ago. I used to always love this place but now the vibe is not my favorite. Waitress was awesome tried helping me 2 hours later and my Google located my device.

Atmosphere is what you expect at a national chain restaurant. I meet a friend there weekly for evening decaf coffee and pie or soup. The saff knows us and we get great service. Of course, I've never had a Shari's pie I didn't enjoy. Their soups are thicker and more flavorful than I originally expected.

Our waitress Heather was busting her tail tonight! She was super sweet and even went back and helped in the kitchen because they had a table of probably 15 people and then her whole side was completely full. She was so kind and was an incredibly hard worker. You don't see that much anymore. Thank you Heather for being so great!!!Kid-friendliness: She's was great with my 2 indecisive kids.

Had the hangover burger, Burger was great but the fries were undercooked, almost raw, yet they were dark in color. Look like the fry oil hadn't been changed in a while. Service was good and pie was delicious.
