Wanted to try a new pizza place and wasn’t really satisfied with it. Pizza is pizza so I still ate it with the help of hot sauce they supply but the cheese tasted cheap , not very much sauce and had an abundance of pepperoni which I usually wouldn’t be upset about but most the pepperoni was over cooked and broke apart like extra crispy bacon. The dough was very crunchy too. The lady who helped me was very enthusiastic about the pizza then told me the pizza was a little too greasy after she asked me how it was.

Very rude lady who I assume is the working supervisor on 03/07/2024 at 11:45am needs to learn some customer service. She's barking orders at the staff in the back while customers are waiting present. Then I asked her how much longer for the order to be ready and she replies, "when it comes out of the oven." I reply, "you don't have an estimated time?" Then she says, "a couple of minutes. Don't you know what that means??" First, she never did say that. Actually, she never even greeted me. She just looked at me and said, "it's still in the oven." Not asking who I was or what order I am there for. I'm pretty disappointed because it's not hard to be kind or deliver great service. I ended up walking out. I hope she isn't like this with everyone.

Pizza was ok but this place is terribly over priced. 16" pepperoni pizza was $32..Yikes!! That's absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth the price. One step above pizza hut or domino's but definitely not worth $32.. I've had better pizza for alot cheaper. So I'm guessing it's a no competition thing so they can set there prices as high as they want.I think a 16oz draft beer they were charging $8 for. Prices are are completely ridiculous.

Pizza is delicious. Probably one of the best in Pendleton. However, the atmosphere dining in isn't great. The staff isn't friendly or personable. The arcade games for the kids are trash.Also, this place only offers delivery during busy hours. I wanted to order a pizza for delivery at 3:30 and was told I'd need to wait until 5. Does the owner not have $40 to pay somebody to drive in the early afternoons or what?

The day manager was kinda rude for no reason but one employee named bree maintained her composure under the stress and managed to deliver awesome customer service to everyone she made contact with. That's why service got 3 stars only before my interaction with bree the service was at 0 stars all three of those stars in service are Brees. All the employees at abbys could take a page outta Brees book because her customer service and her ability to conduct herself in a calm and respectable manner was this.review and my visits only saving grace. Thanks bree for the outstanding service!!!!

Ordered delivery to hotel, and pizza arrived cold 80 min later. This would just be lousy service, except they just didn't include the tomato slices that are supposed to come on this one. Nothing they could reasonably do could make this right, so here is my attempt at public shaming. Boo!!! Definitely should have ordered from the other place. Abby's used to be pretty good, not anymore, at least not in Pendleton.

I know there's inflation & all but the small pizza of only 8 slices was so shocking I was in disbelief! The tiny slices would be good for a small child though. I'm not sure what to suggest about the price though. $20 was a bit steep.
