15min wait to pick up food ordered in app. Never seen employees workers move so slow. Food was luke warm like the Patti's were pre-made and sitting. Waiting for food isn't bad as long as it's great when it finally comes out

This place doesn't even deserve stars in my opinion.. The slowest place I have ever seen! I thought they got in new managers but by looks of it if they did it didn't help... Very very poor service and SO Slow!! Was not impressed!

We got an order of 4 burger meals 1 meal was completely left out besides a drink another had 2 HAIRS COOKED INTO IT (gross) the wait was also so outrageous for fast food the name is FAST FOOD not 15 minute food honestly

Stuck in the drive-thru for 10 minutes now. No movement whatsoever and cannot back out. No indication as to why. 2:00 p.m. so not during a lunch rush. When I arrived at the window I informed her that I had been waiting for 25 minutes. According to the GPS time that I arrived. I asked if anything had gone wrong that was causing such a delay. I was told no and she argued that I had only been in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. I told her that I had spent almost 15 minutes stuck in line with somebody behind me before it being able to order. After 25 total minutes in line I asked her for some kind of a discount for the inconvenience and was declined.
