Omg found this gem while driving thru Pendleton Oregon! Right off the highway! Food was absolutely delicious! Queso Birria was the best my husband has ever had and he makes his own which are pretty fantastic! My street tacos were also delicious!! Don’t pass Pendleton up without checking out this cute little pink taco truck!! You will not regret it!

I ordered lunch from Chimus Tacos today and it was delicious. I ordered a Salad Bowl with everything which consists of beans, rice, lettuce, I chose carne asada, and the toppings and my husband ordered a Taco Combo, which is 4 tacos (he chose asada and carnitas for meat, which he enjoyed both very much), with a side of rice and beans. All very delicious and good prices. Both were $11 each. They also have a Antojos truck which offer a variety of Munchies type food and refreshing drinks, didn't get a chance to order from here, but everything looked delicious. Next time, I'll try out their nachos and my husband, their burritos. They got so many delicious options! Both owners husband and wife, were very kind and great customer service. I highly recommend!! :)

The quesabarrias are the best!! Hands down!! + they have the original coke a cola in a glass bottle!! I thought it was impossible to get those!!!

Not only is the food FANTASTIC but their customer service is equally FANTASTIC! I order for myself often and I also pick up and deliver doordash orders. A couple nights ago, I had gotten an order for DD and when I arrived, I was notified that I was the 3rd driver to arrive for the same order and that another driver had taken the order. I called the customer to confirm that they had received their food since the order still appeared to be active on my app. They had not recieved their order! Apparently, the other driver had reported them as being closed (when they weren't! They told me that they do not close if they have orders to fill!) and taken their food! Luckily for myself and the customer, Chimu's cares about their customers and told me that they'd remake the order and allow me to deliver it to the customer. Obviously, this would cost them money since they were losing product and they had to take the extra time to prepare it as they were packing up to go home. Thank you, Chimu's for making sure that your customer was taken care of, I didn't get a bad review for the poor decision of another driver even though you made no profit from that order.

Came to this spot while visiting pendleton from Portland and might I say they are the best tacos I've had in the pacific northwest. The menu offers items not found at most food Carts. The Wallla walla and shrimp tacos are amazing!! The tortillas must be handmade becsuse they were like none I've had before. Definitely give this place a try.
