Ate here, solo, March 2024. Place was pretty busy. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful; nice people. The prevailing atmosphere is genteel sterility, the clientele mostly older women drinking cool wines (such as a white zinfandel or beaujolais). I had a milk stout and a Reuben with a side of bean salad. The stout was excellent. The Reuben was disappointing; two very dry slices of toast hosting a goodly helping of corned beef with a wee bit of sauerkraut and an even smaller bit of dressing. The ingredients were of high quality and I admit the chef is entirely within his rights to make a sterile dry Reuben, but I didn't care for it. I like my Reubens messy and saucy, with bits leaking out the sides and a solid need for napkins. This was more like an architectural drawing of a Reuben. The bean salad was similar; dry and sterile. No sauce, no spices, and not a drop of liquid. Would I come here again? Doubtful. I prefer my dinners extroverted, loud and messy, even a bit inconvenient. And there are many more restaurants still to try in Pendleton. But if you like a bit of white zinfandel during your book group meeting, the Great Pacific might be the perfect spot.

We are from Boise passing through Pendleton. We needed a place to eat last night and came here but they were closing early. The atmosphere and staff were so nice we wanted to come back today to try it before we leave. This place is wonderful! The food is SO GOOD! And the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. We will come back! Maybe even make a day trip for it.

Terrible experience. Waited over 45 min for our food. It sat ready for over 15 min before someone brought it to us. And, only after we had to go back up and ask why everyone who came in after us got their food. When we mentioned that to the staff they were flippant and said “sorry, we are short staffed.” We were 15 feet from where our food sat waiting to be carried the 15 seconds to us. When it was finally brought (again after we went up and inquired about it), we explained how dissatisfied we were and said it didn’t matter how good the food was we wouldn’t be back. The staff’s response was “ok. Whatever.” ZERO STARS. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

It's a very nice place to go and enjoy your coffee or drink in peace and be able to relax by yourself or meet a friend at. They have a sandwich I really like there caked a Fakasha sandwich ? I think it's spend focoicia? I'm not sure. But I'd recommend trying it if you swing by there. Plus really good early Grey tea ? ? ☺️Vegetarian options: They have meatless options availableWheelchair accessibility: It's on the 1st floor

Great food and great atmosphere.They can be a little aggressive sometimes and political but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the place.

If you visit Pendleton, this is one of the restaurants you should visit. It's a happening place. Extensive tea, wine, beer list, amazing hand crafted pizzas, and large hearty salads. Try the Bella's Bane pizza or the smoked salmon Caesar salad. It's a music venue, a place to pick up specialty food items and gifts, or a place to get a great cup of coffee and dessert. You really can't go wrong here. Don't expect fast service. Relax and enjoy the experience. If you only have an hour for lunch, go somewhere else.
