Cheese Enchilada, Rice, and Beans were Delicious! The server and service was excellent and often. We eat here on our way from Portland to Walla Walla and then again on our return.
If you like me and was unsure what chilaquiles are. They are essentially tortilla chips covered in your favorite salsa with some egg on top and refried beans next to it. Nothing too fancy but it is some great comfort food.Woman that helped us was incredibly friendly. I had lost my wallet somewhere and had to go retrieve it to pay for my meal. My friend and I stopped here on our road trip by chance because the rodeo was in town and the other mexican restaurant close to the highway was closed. So we stopped here. I swear, I've never eaten better mexican food in my entire life. The server recommended the spinach enchiladas to me and I'm going to die if I never get to eat them again. Idk when I'll be able to come back here, but it's on my bucket list now.
