Every time I make my down to Pendleton, I always make my way to MOE Pho. The PHO there is ? and so tasty. Being from the TriCities there’s only a few spots of which MOE PHO hits the spot.

its mid. the only good thing is the appetizers, i would recommend the chicken skewers and the fried tofu, which together are less than some of the platesalso stay away from the webb special, the orange chicken is soggy and the chow mein is not great

Great food. The Pho is almost too much food for one person- it always lasts me two meals, or one meal for two people. Great black milk tea- they don't over sweeten it like a lot of places. Always my favorite place to visit when I'm in town for work.
