“Hands down my favorite restaurant. I live in Lewiston and my daughter goes to school in LaGrande. We meet there just to have dinner. It’s that good. It’s got a great feel to it: unassuming on the outside. Dark on the inside with round booths and red velvet motif in front of an iconic wooden western bar. Full of locals for good reason. Food is wonderful. If I lived in Pendleton, Virgil’s would be a problem“

“If you're ever in NE Oregon, you MUST stop here. This historic building is amazing! They've restored it with exquisite detail. We were on a road trip and just looking for a quick-ish dinner before going back to our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were great. You could surely find a cheaper meal in Pendleton, but the prices were reasonable for how lovely the building was. I hope to be back.“
