To be honest it was a lot more greasy than normal. Whatever they did adding things or keeping the oil on the skillet, it made it almost unbearably oily. The stomach is not pleased. However, typically Taco Bell in Pendleton Oregon is very very good! That's why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. Typically for a Mexican restaurant, people don't think Taco Bell. The closest thing they get to authentic Mexican is their hot sauce. Just saying. But, fast food, cheap, and filling is what you get when that's what you want.

I was really disappointed. I walked in and stood at the counter for some time. Eventually I was told to order at the kiosk and pay with a card. They no longer accepted counter orders. I am sorry but I don't do that. If I can't get service, they won't get my money. I walked out.

I used one of my rewards yesterday and bought a menu item as well. The menu item was fresh and hot but the reward item was cold and empty. This store is going downhill since the manager retired. The family that owns the franchise sends their kids to manage the store and the quality is lacking.

Ordered the three soft taco meal with large drink payed for extra beef with the selection they had. Had nothing but sour cream and old lettuce got sick again.

The food is really good though today I noticed one of the employees his pants were so low you could see his entire ass. Im thankful he was wearing underwear but its still highly unsanitary regardless of him wearing gloves because the gloves he uses are the ones he pulls his pants up with so he needs to be wearing a belt or better fitting pants. If he cant do either then he shouldn't be working there at all mainly because its a health violation and a hazard

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life hands down! Long road trip back home just wanted something quick and reliable, normally this is our go to fast food. Well there was nothing “fast” about that food-we waited 30 minutes! No hot sauce left, terrible customer service, everyone working there looked like it was day one on the job. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

My family and I went to this Taco Bell we ordered our food through the the woman read it back to us and I told her I was allergic to lettuce and she even confirm that she heard that over the speaker as well when we got up to the counter we paid and they gave us a bag full of food with lettuce all over it and I had a horrible allergic reaction and to top it off that food wasn't even our food it wasn't even what we ordered and the thing is they didn't even seem to care at all!
