Passing through and ordered Gluten Free Pizza to our campsite.The issue with many GF pizzais a bad crust and if combined with too little sauce the entire pizza become uneatitable. Not with this pizza!One of the best GF pizzas we have ever had. Amanda, her brother, and their team are dishing out great pizza. Figaro’s in Phoenix is the best tasting pizza. Once you have their pizza none of the others will do. They really do care about the quality of their food, service (with a smile), the people they serve, and the area/neighborhood that they serve. The new owners Micah and Amanda are extraordinary, kind, good hearted, hardworking, and dedicated people - you can taste the difference!
I’m in awe of the Phoenix and Gold Hills Figaro’s pizza.
But if you build your own, Its AMAZING.

Ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up, they claimed the payment didn't go through, and I finally had to verify that the payment did infact work, but they got the pizzas mixed up. Had to wait for an entirely new pizza which took quite a while, and the manager was no help. Never got anything free or even some sort of discount.

And then there's this little gem which seems intent on making up for every partly charred, mostly raw or mind bogglingly incorrect order you ever ended up face to face with, courtesy of the Figaro's brand. In a complete departure from franchise tradition, the owners of the Phoenix location know the business, they work alongside their staff and you'd have to be in a coma not to understand that their core objective is to build the community.The result? Service is excellent across the board; you are being served by staff who are actually happy to be employed there and are actively engaged in their work. The food is not only good - it's consistently good - and even better, it's affordable.Bottom line? This one solitary Figaro's Pizza - due directly to the quality and dedication of the owners - refuses to be trampled down by the self entitled "meh" lifestyle that has become life after covid. You OWE IT TO YOURSELF to go eat there... Try it out. It's the American thing to do!

I've been going to the Phoenix Figaros since the 6th grade and have enjoyed everyday I walk in, figaros is a staple of the town and without them this plce would be very lifeless. The employees and owners are lovely people who work with the community to make the town a better place and I hope they have tens of more years here for us all to enjoy
