Dumplings are GREAT! Haven't tried much else on menu because soup dumplings are GREAT. Service is fast. Restaurant could use updating and somewhat of a sprucing up. Tables often "sticky".

Dine-in with 2 kiddos. The server offer the little ones the kids menu. I kindly asked if the kid's ramen could change from a shoyo broth to tonkotsu because my kid prefer tonkotsu however we were bluntly rejected. We ordered 2 yuzu, 1 tonkotsu and winged gyoza. The ramen broth has depth and umanni however the veggie and egg doesn't look "fresh* and lack of appeal. (Very dull coloring)The "crispy skirt" on the gyoza was soft. The gyoza itself was luke-warm.I asked for a Togo box cause my kids couldn't finish their ramen. The box we received had the sticker on which contains ability for special instruction and modifications.I fail to see how they weren't able to change the broth on a certain ramen?

I love this place. I will probably stop in anytime I'm in Portland. The ramen is delicious, and the pork buns are on point!

My partner and I got food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. We are certain that our foodborne illness stemmed from this restaurant. My partner had a night of uncomfortable stomach pain and nausea while I, on the other hand, had two days of hell. Lemme just say that unless you enjoy ER visits, getting IV fluids, having a splitting headache, and vomiting until you can barely catch your breath…then go elsewhere. Aside from that very large caveat the ramen was fine.To the owners: Please discuss food handling best practices and prevention of foodborne illness with your staff. In particular, after eating a few bites of the buta gyoza it was apparent that the pork filling was undercooked. I believe that this is what caused our illness. Please re-train your staff about regarding internal meat temperatures and how dangerous undercooked pork can be.

Karaagi Don is amazing. Chili sauce may be too spicy for some but other than that I loved the place, was my third time there. Very highly recommended.
Very disappointed of the food quality. We had Yuzu shio and tonkatsu ramen both were tasteless no umami and the pork was hard as rock. there are a lot of other ramen shops in the area I would suggest to go some place else.
