I love this restaurant. We live on the same block so we come pretty often. The people who own this place are the nicest people you'll ever meet. The food is unique, gorgeous, and delicious. One of my favorites is the Al-Hawr Salad. It is dressed with pomegranate molasses olive oil and garnished with these crispy comet-shaped croutons. Excellent food and good value. I think their lamb shank is one of the best I have eaten. It is a large portion that easily could serve two or three which justifies its higher entre price. I ended up taking my extra home for another meal. Their baba ganoush is smokey and flavorful. Even if you don't like beets, the pickled ones here will change your mind.

Honestly as good as you are going to get. Everything is wonderful, baba ganoush best I've had in ages. Only criticism was the "filet" was a very chewy, but all other meats great.
