Great food, great service, great vibe. Waiters were friendly and down to earth (took me a minute to realize there was table service because I happened to arrive when there was a long line at the counter). We had sambusas and shared ugali lamb and spinach. Definitely need to come back and try more things!
I got chapati beef and a sambusa. I wish I had gotten more things to go with it, because everything was delicious and I'd love to try more from here. I'm not familiar with this type of food, but I will definitely be back to try it again.The one weird thing is that they don't have prices up, even on their paper menus, and I got the feeling they were making the prices up as they went along... More transparency in the ordering process/prices would be helpful to those of us who smell...read full review

When I came in, as someone from Seattle I was kind of afraid. But as soon as I made eye contact with the staff I was greeted with a smile and as a Muslim woman I was placed in a room with a curtain away from men gaze which I was really thankful for. The rice with meat and chicken was really good and I’m genuinely impressed.
