Had to flag a waiter down multiple times to order drinks then food then another drink and finally bill. Each time I had to wave my hand and call out loudly Excuse me, as waiters walked by avoiding eye contact with at least our corner of the bar. Food was good.

Andina's is an upscale restaurant in Portland's Pearl District. We made reservations in advance for the dining hall, which is recommended as the place is packed in the evening. The vegetarian options are limited; but they tasted very good and the presentation looked great! We enjoyed the cauliflower queso and potatio croquette appetizers. The gnocchi pasta and hugos saltados offered a unique fusion of Peruvian and Western cuisine. The chicha morada is a nice non-alcoholic drink to try out. The ambience here is great and while the menu is expensive here, but worth visiting once in a while!
causa solterito and arroz con mariscos are amazing! Please order! The softrice with richful seafood flavor. #islander approved. We had a great night for our celebration. Thanks ?(Just a little too loud can not hear music, but that's totally fine. Maybe try other seats)

My party got one of every appetizer and one of every entree, so we had a great sampling of the whole menu. Morning disappointed. And the pisco sour was phenomenal!

Our server was great! Very friendly and accommodating! And the food was amazing! The mushroom and Spinach empanadas were so tasty. I had the Lomo saltado and I enjoyed it very much, especially with the garlic rice. A great combination.

What an absolute delight! A fusion of Peruvian meets PNW with staples like sweet potatoes, kale, and pickled onions percolating the dishes. Excellent rice and seafood dish, arroz con mariscos. Love the warm and inviting ambiance of the dining room and all of its plants, and the smiles from genuine staff. The pisco sour, while delicious, runs sweet. Ask for less sugar if that is your thing.

The ceviche mixto was a refreshing burst of citrus and seafood perfection and let's not forget the pisco sours – simply divine! Our waiter, Max, was super sweet and attentive. Andina has undoubtedly earned its place as a gem in Portland's culinary scene – a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Peru.

I always come here when I am in town. Try the Tamal. They have a soda made from purple corn that is locally made in Portland and it is phenomenal.
Every dish somehow was better than the last. The Coliflor and Zanahorias appetizers were so delicious and full of flavor.
