With no doubt, the first thing that popped out at us was the Pork Belly offerings which isn't something you would typically see for Bahn Mi. So we decided to order the Roasted Pork Belly sandwich and rice bowl. They were both very delicious and went so well with the pickled condiments! I arrived after noon on a Tuesday. I ordered the grilled plate. It came with noodles, 1 shrimp, 1 eggroll, Chicken, Pork, and a salad with sprouts, carrots, and cucumber. The pork was a little dry. But everything else was tasty. I loved the fried shallots sprinkled on top. The portion was enough- good for a solid meal with a little leftover. I took my order to-go. Great spot in St John's neighborhood. Love this area. Definitely will be back. Got a few items to try out. The roasted pork belly Banh Mi sandwich. Very good, but I would have loved to have more of the mayo as it left it a little try unless you used the house sauces. The two were amazing.
