Massive portion sizes. Cheap/reasonable prices. Prompt service (<10 min). This food truck did not disappoint and is an incredible hidden gem. I ordered a Pepper-Salt Chicken and House Special Combination Chow Mein and both had heaping portion sizes like others mentioned and tasty flavor! The orange chicken was cooked to order. Tender chicken, crispy coating & delicious flavor. They gave me a scoop of white rice & what looked like brown rice. I typically do like like brown rice but this rice was salty & so tasty. After I ate I asked what, besides salt, do they put in their brown rice. She told me it's actually fried rice! No wonder I loved it! The saltines complimented the orange chicken perfectly.
