08/04/2024 6:30 pm, very bad service from the people who work there, I am an Uber driver, I came to this place to pick up an order that was not ready, they told me it would take 30 minutes then I needed to go to the bathroom while I waited. and they told me that I couldn't use the bathroom because it was only for customers with a very bad attitude from the two ladies at the front, never go to this place!

I totally understand being short staffed, but if you are running behind because of staffing issues, it’s appropriate to update your online order pick up times so people don’t show up at the designated time they are told only to be told their pizza isn’t even in the oven and there is a 25 min wait. Its poor customer

My gf and I went to get our pizza tonight and it was AWFUL. First of all, your little knock off lip gallagher teen boy tweaker delivery boy was staring HARD at me he was LOCKED in he was making me so uncomfortable he watched me walk up the STAIRS all the way into the store it was awful. Secondly, the girl working the front was so rude and for what? We ordered our pizza 2 hours ahead of time and it took over an hour to be ready for pickup but it was colder than hell when we got it. Disgusting. Distasteful. I hope you see this and are embarrassed of yourself.

The little girl working the front tonight (on 02/02/2024) had an attitude the entire time for absolutely no reason when i was nothing but polite. Told me it would be 15 minutes until my order was ready even though i showed up at the projected time just to give me my pizza and cheesesticks COLD. Will never be back.

If you order online, choose pickup rather than delivery. Delivery can take upwards of two hours, you have no idea until you pay, they charge you $5 plus tip and it’s a total crapshoot on when you will receive your pizza. :(

Terrible service as well as the attention, the only polite ones are the young Americans, because there is a Latin woman who is super rude to anyone who enters the establishment, she makes faces at them and starts shouting talking to herself, speaking badly of people in Spanish, I entered speaking English and began to speak badly about me and the order I would pick up without knowing that I speak Spanish, the woman should not work there because it gives a bad image of the establishment, to verify the poor service you only need to visit them and check.

Simply amazing! With consistency, I mean with out fail every time flawless pizza!
2 hours to deliver our food. Arrived obviously cold. No apology from the store or the driver. This is the 2nd time and there won't be a 3rd. We will never order from any Bellagios ever again.

Got bbq chicken! Incredible! Idk why the reviews are so low. Despite it being a very busy Friday night ( I watched every person on the team there constantly rushing and working while I waited ), my pizza didn’t take long and a very nice pretty female apologized for the wait. Whole staff was friendly from walking in to leaving! Made sure my order was correct too! 10/10 you just got yourself new regulars! ??

I wasted $31 on a large pizza and flavorless breadsticks. Never going back. Their marinara sauce is even gross. Not even sure how they got 3.4 stars. I only went here bc Free Pizza was closed until 2pm. I should have waited.

Literally a pile in the middle of the floor of filth and food. Both service people were unkind, and I felt unwelcome. They would have been better off just telling me I was ordering too late.I tried to order, and she looked at me and then looked at her watch like I was crazy for ordering at all. I drove from Salem to try the place. The first lady didn't smile at all, turned her back on me and shouted for her coworker.I went across town to Roventes and was shown common courtesy and the pizza was amazing. I guess I will tell my worker buddies where to get good pizza AND kindness from now on. It's not this place. I left hungry after an hour drive.
