They moved into a no tip model. There a far better bagels in Portland that cost $2-2.25 per bagel. Bernstein's no tip model is basically automatically charging every item you purchase at least 18%. So today it appears they tipped themselves 50-75 cents for each of the 12 bagels they put in my bag. Disappointing and no longer worth the effort.

Not a big fan of bagels but this was worth the drive. We had Popper and Garden Delight (above picture) and both were delicious. The Schmear is really tasty and we did parcel it for later use. They sell out soon (we had only 1 type bagel to choose from) so do get there early to explore all the options.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Their bagels are out of this world amazing. Everyone I take here is always blown away. But then just as I thought it couldn’t get any better, their staff was so awesome and participated in a treasure hunt I planned for my boyfriend. You guys are the best and I can’t wait to come back again and again :) Thank you!!
