The first time I came I had the Sriracha Pork. I'm glad they call it "Banh-Mi inspired" because I was pretty sad about the cold ciabatta hoagie it was served on. I missed the warm, soft French baguette, but the flavors on the inside were good. Service was welcoming and friendly. Love all the windows. Love the location ~ off of Vancouver, cute outdoor courtyard to chill and eat your sandwich. Taste is good & fresh. The not so better half ~ despite 3 employees and no one else in the shop, the wait for our 2 sandwiches wasted most of the lunch hour at 25 minutes. The half-sized sandwich is priced very high $16, extra sauce $1 more, soft drink = $20 then add on the request for a tip. Expensive.

I came here while I was visiting family in Oregon. My cousin brought me here because she loves it. She said I'd love it too. And I did. Only downside is they didn't have their in house chips. But it's ok. I had the pork Banh mi. It almost looks like vegan meat lol it taste great. Not an authentic Banh mi. But still good. The bread was more of a ciabatta type.
