Most people would rec voodoo donuts but the line is extremely long whereas at blue star there is almost no line but the donuts are still great. They were a little too sweet for me but personal preference. The blueberry bourbon one was my favorite
I've been told about this place for years, and we were finally able to try them out.The doughnuts are more cakey than doughy, denser, and pack more per bite which we like more than regular doughnuts.The breakfast fritter was interestingly good. Love the classic like lemon poppy and the chocolate doughnuts. We'll be back.

This is the best donut shop I’ve ever been to. It has a quaint atmosphere and it’s in a cute neighborhood, so it was fun to walk around with my donut. They have upscale donuts. I had two donuts, a lemon curd filled and a blueberry bourbon, which was the best donut I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.
