Horrible company to work for. You’re promised and denied raises for years on end. The “farm fresh” marketing is completely false. Most of our produce and meat came from Sysco or Duck. The staff are largely incompetent and serve rancid product. I would never recommend working for, or eating at Bon App.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a million dollar company. All talk and no actions to back it up. I worked in 3 of their kitchens and was shocked they don't do as much with local farmers as they claim and charge them SO much.

Company spends more $ and energy on marketing and obviously none on training their employees on how to and how much food to make. I have had three employers fire their own kitchen staff to have this company come take over, and the net results has consistently been higher prices and lower quality.
