What an incredible, authentic experience. Well worth the wait! From the cardamom sweet cream espresso, to the Fölorade Ägg (lost eggs), Swedish hash with smoked trout, to the ÆBLESKIVER (Danish Pancake) we couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied with out meal. We will be back!
My husband and I were pretty blown away by Broder Nord - we couldn't stop talking about it all weekend. We came down from Washington to visit for the weekend and decided to try this spot since there's nothing like it where we're from. Excellent food and customer service. The server was a fantastic host. Super nice and friendly. The food was amazing! Go for the hash. The smokey flavor with the beets really made it pop. The pancakes, which are ball form, was also very good. Sweet but not too sweet. Just right.
