The company I work for has a corporate account and we order sack lunches through Bunk Catering often. We've never had an issue. Always arrives on time and exactly what we ordered. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I would and do recommend using them for your office lunches. :)

The sandwiches I ordered were delicious, however the catering lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and unable to rely the specifics of my order to the staff. Even the employee who went to pay for the sandwiches in advance for us said they same lady I spoke with on the phone had an attitude. The staff at the location where I picked up my order at were polite and quick to fix the multiple mistakes with the large order as quickly as they could without hassle.

Got left high and dry this morning. Set up a big meeting based on providing them a thank you breakfast. Everything was set. We sat and waited. I looked terrible in front of my customers and bosses while we sat there waiting for someone, anyone to pick up the phone and fill us in. After bugging the catering staff I finally got an answer at 7:30. "They are still in Portland". Well I had to scramble and I ended up serving them McDonalds. The explanation I got is "I don't know why, but they aren't there." This experience turned me off of Bunk Sandwiches in total. No more company stops at the carts/restaurants either. The booking staff offered to figure out a way to make it up to me, but I don't know what they can do. I trusted Bunk with my reputation and they let me down. Use at your own risk.
