Restaurant is probably the most disgusting and rusted location in Portland… I try not to judge but not one employee wears gloves and has dirty clothes or scabs and wounds that are exposed to the food… seating areas and soda machine are never wiped down much and smells like beer and urine.. please restructure this location around or close it for the sake sanitary and illness concerns.. there a better establishments in the area

The man taking orders and working the drive-thru window is excellent!! He was a great listener and helped me make my final choice. He made me feel like I was his most important customer of the day. I asked for 2 ketchup packets and 5 napkins to go with my order of 2 Whopper Jr. burgers and a medium fry! (I mention the napkins because I want to help him to recall which customer I am.)BK is my favorite place for drive-thru, and the Whopper Jr. w/ cheese is my burger of choice. I've been your loyal customer since the 1980s.

Worst customer service of my life. It’s 9:30 pm and the window guy is a black male with a goatee. He was rude, unprofessional, no napkins, didn’t apologize for forgetting items in my order when I can back through, fire him. I will never come here again.
Waited 30 minutes for my order and there was only one dude ahead of me.....don't come here if you're on a time crunch

DO NOT GET INTO DRIVE IN LINE.The staff here are so slow that I've been stuck in line for over half an hour, unable to pull out or leave, despite not having the time to wait. Terrible, slow staff.
