Nothing says fast food anymore quite like your order being incorrect, all of the unoccupied tables in need of a seriously deep cleaning, and the remaining tables having houseless drug addicts nodding out. How do I know they're houseless drug addicts? The bags of items they're carrying, and the blackened balls of foil they sit on the table.The management and other people working just looked at them then went back to talking. Ignore the problem... Perfect.
Wow, I was waiting to order for an extended time in the drive thru and when I got to the window, to my surprise, my order was "on the. house " ! What a nice thing to do, way to go crew! And the order was correct, freshly made, with nice hot fries! 4 paws up from me and Hazel Woo. I have been there over and over again and always have had a good experience with friendly employees who care about customers and quality all around! Evening staff is really friendly and remembers returning customers, I think they deal with a lot due to the area which is not their fault, and they're doing a great job despite it.
