I really enjoyed my food from here! My burger was quite good, and the milkshake was just the best consistency! The employee, Ella, who took my order was so nice! She was so full of passion- She's for sure going places!

I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and 1 plain burger, small fries and a small coke. It came out to $33 and some change, I asked her to double check the order because that seemed steep even for Burgerville. She said yep order was correct and that was the total. She did offer a pup cup to my dog and of course she loved it. That is why I added a star to service.I had to pull forward and wait for my food for a few minutes which if fine; however, when she brought out the food she gave mine to the car behind me and gave me their food. I seen by the tag on the bag it was not my order- so I called her back after she gave my food to the car behind me, who did not check the tag and proceeded to eat some fries before she could get my bag from the car. I asked her if she could replace the fries and she stated that they did not touch anything and they could/would not replace the fries, um ok I am not going to eat them now they had their hands all in them. So I head home.I get home and start handing out burgers slapping hands as they grab for fries (lol) b4 I could tell them they have been molested by the car behind me. I seen there is an extra burger a plant burger in my bag that I missed on the tag as I seen burgers and fries. So she charged me for a plant burger even after I asked to double check the order before I paid.I called the store and they told me that I can bring it back and get a refund- I told them I am in a middle of a move and will bring it later if possible. I brought it in that evening keeping it in my fridge until we did the last run and I was able to bring it to them with the paper of the items that they tape to the bag. The younger person told me there was nothing that he could do- I should of brought it back earlier and turned his back and started talking to the other co-worker like I wasn't even there.I threw the plant based burger away and walked out saying good-bye to Burgerville. Eating out is a luxury these days and I would rather spend my money at an establishment that cares about their customers and try to make things right.I did not order the burgerI paid for the plant based burger, I did not orderI could not get one person including myself to eat said burger, the smell is something else.?

Great food with amazing quality. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Ambiance is “meh” but it is a fast food chain so nothing wrong with that.Vegetarian options: Best fast food for Vegan options. Very accommodating to restrictions and modifications.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to restrictions and modifications

My kids and I really enjoy the chicken and chips. The chicken strips are good size, juicy and freshly cooked, not reheated. This our new favorite place.

This Burgerville location has gone downhill. I don't like to bad mouth businesses but I've had poor quality food and moderate service the last few times at this location so I felt compelled to comment. This evening I picked up my daughter and we decided to go here for some locally sourced fast food. We ordered two burgers and a large fries to share. We pulled up to the first window and the young man held out this huge, antiquated keypad for me to use. It's not his fault that he has to offer me early 2K's technology to use, but it appeared he had to instruct every car in the drive thru on how to use it. When we were done with the transaction he motioned with the giant keypad out the drive thru window towards the West Hills and said "Enjoy the views of downtown while you wait for the food". I understand he was trying to be cordial but the reality was the view was more South Waterfront vs Downtown. We did get our food in a reasonable amount of time but as we drove off we ate a couple of fries to find them at room temp and greasy. Once we got home (7 minutes later) her burger looked like it was dipped grease. The bottom of the bag was soaked with grease. We all have bad days. We don't always know what's happening with someone in their personal lives but the poor quality of the food wasn't because the Burgerville employee was up late being a caregiver to a loved one. This poor quality meal passed through multiple hands and each of those people must've thought "This greasy burger and mediocre fries are ok to serve".What happened to you Burgerville? I got better food and service from your SE 92nd & Powell location before they closed and boarded up the building.

Ordered on the mobile app and arrived through the drive thru like I normally do to pick up my food. Once I reached the order screen I was told that they don’t do mobile orders via drive thru even thought I always pick up this was. I had to wait 20 minutes in line just to get out of it and go inside. Took another 15 minutes to get to the front of 5 people in line ( 2 groups of people ). When I finally reached the front counter and asked for my order It took her a while to get it and once I got my food everything was cold and the fries were soggy. I honestly love Burgerville and I have been coming here since I was little but this service today was horrendous. If anything I will not be going to this Burgerville location again and travel farther to a better one.

It was good food and the people were pleasant and I got to say even it was it was open even when it was really icy and snowy outside and you know I'm surprised at the that they were actually even open cuz everybody else was closed and maybe that's a good thing because you know the hospitality was good and the food was good and the people were friendly and there was plenty of parking cuz nobody else was there all right you have a good day thank you

Burgerville is a culinary abomination that managed to surpass my already low expectations. The restraunts should have with a warning label at all their entrances: "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here." The burger was an insult to taste buds everywhere. It tasted like a rejected science fair experiment. The fries, resembling sad, overcooked worms, were an embarrassment to the potato family. The staff seemed more interested in their own lackluster lives than providing any semblance of decent service. If you have a perverse desire for tasteless misery and soul-crushing disappointment, or a penchant for self-punishment, and enjoy flushing money down the drain, then by all means, make your way to Burgerville – where dreams of a decent meal go to die. You'll leave wondering if your taste buds will ever forgive you. Eating at Burgerville is not just a meal; it's a punishment you willingly inflict upon yourself, a testament to poor life choices and a reminder that some places should be avoided at all costs.
