I love to visit local fast-food chains when I travel so I was hyped to try Burgerville. I was impressed by some of the items and ingredients listed on the menu, like tilamook cheddar and halibut, but was ultimately let down by the halibut fish sandwich. The fish is on the small side and I didn't care for how it was fried, or maybe it was the type of bread crumbs used. I would give it another shot and try their veggies burger, or salads. There seems to be a lot to like about the menu.

Always love stopping here for a burger! Might be little $$ but worth it! Levi was our cashier, cook and server! He was awesome!

Always wanted to try burgerville. Use to come up here for work all the time. Finally did, and what a disappointment. The food was awful. Completely messed up a plain kids burger. That I explained was plain to him and what I meant by plain three times. Because he kept asking. Then, too, add to it at all, not what I would call friendly service. When I didn't tip at the drive up window. I definitely could tell a difference in how I talked to. Just about anywhere in Portland in better than this.

Recently moved to Portland and thought I'd give Burgerville a try since I'd never been before. Never again. I ordered a no. 6 burger no mayo with fries and a drink and it was $14, which was already crazy expensive. 10 minutes later out comes the tiniest little burger and fries I think I've ever gotten from a fast food place. In no universe is this worth $14. Then, I get home and the thing is DRENCHED in mayo. Like, a comical amount. It's on both sides of the burger, and by weight I think the thing is more mayo than beef. Even if someone ordered extra mayo it would be an outrageous amount. Based on some other reviews it sounds like this is just the amount of mayo that comes standard, which is just completely insane? Just really, really bad.

Yeah, sometimes we want a burger, fast, and these ones are pretty good considering the, ya know, fast. And sometimes there are BVille seasonal specials that make it an even better choice (like rosemary fries & special berry shakes). However, this drive-thru takes some patience. They are short staffed often, so the line gets as long as the wait. BVille also nickels & dimes you on the upsells & the sauces, so be ready when they actually get on the speaker with you. Also, the physical layout of this drive-up/lot and its literal ins and outs are more complicated than usual. Nutshell, decent fast-food if you're in the mood for it to be ila but slower than fast.Vegetarian options: Winter salad is pretty great actually!

Its like $10 for just a tiny burger nothing else. Then they say the ice cream machine is "broken" and at the end they ask for tip. And this is going through the drive thru haha.Plus if you want any sauce its $0.50

I love when the food is cold. The cheese but even melted...This place sucks.Update: This place still sucks. Some of the things that they impose on your ability to order make no sense.I can order a lemonade that has a flavored syrup in it, which will cost the same as a large soda. If you ask if you can have the small soda with that same syrup in it you get told no. At any other place the flavors syrup would cost a set amount, and would probably be equivalent to the price of the large soda. I am dumbfounded as to why this isn't possible. Is it because you have no confidence in your staff and their ability to understand how to properly ring a person up?Whatever, it's not my company, I don't have to worry about setting the rules to make the company look like it's run by a bunch of profiteers that don't care about anything except their next bonus.

Burgerville redeemed themselves! They apologized for my previously bad experience with them. I tried the same Burgerville location again and had a great experience - great service, friendly employees, fresh and good tasting meal. I shall return :)

We hit this location once a month for our “one night of fast-food” and both last times we have been there we have been snicker doodled out of our order. Today, instead of 3 double cheeseburgers, we got one double and two single burgers— we did get out 1 fry and shake though— what a super duper deal for almost $30 bucks! The last time we came we were missing all 3 fries! - we won’t be coming back! Looks like we’ll be choosing somewhere else to indulge our monthly grub.
