I recently had the opportunity to enjoy your food during a business trip through PDX Airport, and I wanted to share my feedback with you regarding my experience with the Chorizo Breakfast burrito I purchased from your establishment.Firstly, I must commend you on the taste of the breakfast burrito. The flavors were rich, and it was evident that the ingredients were of high quality. However, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the overall experience due to an issue I encountered.Unfortunately, the breakfast burrito I received was excessively greasy, which not only affected the enjoyment of the meal but also led to a rather unpleasant consequence. After consuming the sandwich, I developed a rash or burn on my lower lip, which persisted for the duration of my trip. This discomfort significantly impacted my ability to fully enjoy my time, as it made simple tasks more difficult and detracted from my overall experience. While I understand that some level of oiliness is to be expected with certain dishes, the extent of greasiness in this instance was beyond what I had anticipated. As a frequent traveler who often seeks out delicious and convenient options at airports, it was disheartening to encounter such an issue during my visit to your establishment.I believe that by addressing the greasiness of your breakfast burritos, you can enhance the overall satisfaction of your customers and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Consistency in food quality and customer experience is crucial, especially in a busy airport setting where travelers rely on quick and satisfying meals.Despite this setback, I remain hopeful that you will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve your offerings. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a successful food establishment, and I am confident that with adjustments, Cha Cha Cha Taqueria can continue to delight customers with its delicious fare.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to the opportunity to enjoy your food again in the future under improved circumstances.

The crew at this Cha Cha Cha went above and beyond for me. I landed and ordered food, thinking I had ordered from the cascade station location. The folks at this restaurant where I actually ordered gave me a phone call and offered to bring my food outside (since the restaurant is inside security). Absolutely amazing service. The food was delicious too. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Finally got to try this spot. I was hungry and did not want a burger or bagel. And oh my, the food was delicious!! I got the steak fajitas bowl and the horchata drink. Every bite went beyond my expectations. It had a homemade touch that I felt like my abuelita was cooking. I loved the salsas they def pack the heat and the ladies were beyond nice and courteous. Will be coming back for sure on my next flight out of PDX.Vegetarian options: You can make majority of the dishes vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They will work with most restrictions, they are very accommodating.

I adore Cha Cha Cha! But my two airport Cha experiences were sub their normal standards. Delicious food as usual but the carnitas tacos were swimming in grease. I had to transfer the tacos to another plate and look what was underneath!

Edit: Avoid this place like the plague. After a decent meal, I realized an additional $5 charge was added to my total bill. I've emailed corporate to no response. I then called the store, my information was taken down, and I was assured I would receive a call. Nothing. I'm not a rich man and the only thing I can surmise is a tip was added after the fact. They confirmed my order total on the phone and it was $5 dollars less than what I was charged. I'm guessing they pull this as it's an airport location and traveler may not notice.Massive portion for airport food. The mole burrito was unique and delicious.

Arroz con Pollo is bowl full of onions mixed with crunchy rice and beans smothered with cheese and topped with paste-like guac and garnished with about 5 pieces of chopped chicken, all packaged in a dirty plastic container lined with aluminum, very disgusting and all that for $16

Food was beyond bad. Worker was miserable. Guac tasted like it was out of a tube. Rice and beans tasted like a school cafeteria. Bummed to pick this over the sushi next door.

Looking for a nice sit-down dinner. Cha Cha Cha looked good on the internet so we tried it. Excellent food and nice (big) Margaritas. You order at the counter, sit down, and food is brought quickly.

Stopped at the Cha Cha Cha at PDX and was disappointed. Ordered the Molecito bowl. I sure hope the portions are better at the restaurant in town cuz this thing was utterly embarassing. Like half a bowl full, not much chicken or beans and literally drowned in mole sauce like it was a soup....ridiculous. The mole smelled and tasted great...I could smell the mole from the terminal hallway and its what brought me in...but I would never waste my money on a bowl here again, truly pathetic. Wife had a quesadilla and that was a much better value, at least it was filling.
